PAN uses a documented self-monitoring and traceability system that enables to check the quality, hygiene and identification of its products.
Our in-house mycologist together with external mycologists carefully and continuously monitor the products to ensure maximum safety and quality of the end product.
All our personnel attends regular hygiene and mycological training, as well as refresher courses.

Certifications
Pan is BRC and IFS certified. These certifications are internationally recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative whose main aim is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain. This achievement affirms the guarantee of our Company’s reliability and demonstrates the extreme professionalism with which we control the quality of our products and select our suppliers to all our customers.
