Quality

PAN uses a documented self-controlling and traceability system which makes it possible to verify the quality, hygiene and identification of all its products.

All the staff working in our company periodically attends professional health, hygiene and mycology training courses.

Dried mushrooms

Directions:

Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes. After cleaning them from any soil remnants they're ready for cooking. They can be used to add a rich flavour to risottos, main courses and sauces.

Storage:

Dried mushrooms suffer the damp. Store in a cool, dry place far away from heat sources.

Nutritional facts:

Boletus Edulis (porcini and their group): composition (in grams) and energy value for 100 grams of product.
